The removable plates are a great feature. We have one that you can’t remove the plates and It is sooo hard to clean. It makes me think twice about using it.

I’ve had my eye on a Cuisinart Griddler for quite a while, but this looks very similar. Guess I should check it out at the local kitchenware shop! Right now I make paninis in my George Foreman grill, which is far from ideal. This would be a wonderful Christmas gift (for me!!!)

The removable plates are great. I have a grill without them and I don’t use it much because its such a pain to clean
